  1. Shortcuts with the mouse

  3.                     When working with database fields:
  4.  ‚Ä¢ Click a record in the browser to display its contents in the database window.
  5.  
  6.  ‚Ä¢¬†Click  a field where you want the text insertion point to be  positioned for the current
  7.       record .
  8.  
  9.  ‚Ä¢  Click the check box on the right of the database window to assign a category to the 
  10.      current record.

  12.                             When working with Labels:
  13.  
  14. To select a visible item, click on the item.
  15. To re-size a selected item,  drag one of its handles (located on the four corners of an item) to 
  16. the desired location.
  17. Shift - drag:  Constrains a box to a square, an oval to a circle, or a line to  45 degree 
  18. increments.
  19. Item Dragging:                                                                                                                              -drag
  20.  constrain horizontally/vertically                                                                                                  -Shift - drag
  21. Move a Picture inside an item                                                                                                            - Option - drag .
  22. Scale a Picture simultaneously while re-sizing an item                         - Command - drag.
  23. Proportionally re-size without picture scaling                                                                  - Shift - drag.
  24. Proportionally re-size and scale a picture at the same time               - Command-Shift-drag
  25.   To display the Image Specifications dialog box                                                 - double click on the 
  26.                                                                                                                picture.
  27.   To display the Counter Specifications dialog box                                         - double click   on the 
  28.                                                                                                                      Counter field.
  29.   To display the Quick Address Specifications dialog box                     - double click  on the 
  30.                                                                                     Address field.
  31.   To display the Barcode Specifications dialog box                                       - double click  on the 
  32.                                                                                 Barcode    field.
